Handling Vehicle Returns
The guest finishes return first. You close the trip after you have checked the car.

Return is two-sided. The guest completes their return steps. You review the car and confirm the return odometer and fuel or battery before the trip is closed. Do not close it early to speed up a payout.
Check against the pickup record
- Odometer, compared with the included allowance on that booking.
- Fuel or battery, compared with the level you recorded at pickup.
- Keys, accessories, and documents that went out with the car.
- New damage, with photographs.
- Cleanliness, including smoking if that is an issue.
Possible guest charges use the published schedule: late return after 30 minutes, fuel shortfall, excess mileage, cleaning, tolls with evidence, and damage taken from the deposit up to the deposit amount. Larger damage is a claims matter. File mileage or fuel reimbursements within 72 hours after the trip ends.
