Each trip is settled once. The settlement is your share of the rental subtotal, plus any approved deposit withhold and reimbursements. It is sent by Flutterwave bank transfer to the account you add under Host dashboard, Wallet.
- A clean trip, with no open issue, is eligible after the 72-hour hold.
- If you file a trip issue or a reimbursement, the payout waits until Nova Rides resolves it. The rental share and the approved amounts then go together.
- Once the trip is eligible, transfer is typically within a few business days. That timing is not a same-day promise.
- You need bank details on the wallet before a transfer can be sent.
Mileage and fuel reimbursements have to be filed within 72 hours after the trip ends. Missing that window does not let you collect the difference in cash.
