Extensions
A guest on a confirmed or in-progress trip can request a later end date from the booking. That request is stored on the booking. It does not, by itself, take a new payment or change the paid dates. Do not collect cash or a transfer for extra days. Any change to what was paid has to go through Nova Rides.
Cancellations
Guest refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy. The windows depend on how long remains before pickup, and the security deposit is handled separately from the booking amount. Read that policy for the current shares. This guide does not restate a figure that could drift from the policy.
- Honour a confirmed booking unless there is a real reason you cannot provide the car.
- If you must cancel, tell Nova Rides promptly. Avoidable repeated cancellations can restrict the listing.
- A guest does not have to start a trip if there is a genuine safety or roadworthiness problem with the vehicle.
- A late return after the trip has started is not a quiet extension. After 30 minutes, the published late-return schedule can apply.
