Understanding Booking Requests
What a request means, and when it becomes a trip you prepare for.

A request is a guest asking for your car on dates that are still free. It is not permission to collect the keys.
Two listing settings
- Instant: the booking record is confirmed when the guest submits the dates. Payment is still outstanding until checkout succeeds.
- Approval: the booking stays pending until you accept or decline. You should respond while the payment window is still open.
Payment has to be completed within 60 minutes of the booking being created. If it is not, the unpaid booking expires and the vehicle is released. Do not hold the car off the platform while you wait.
