What Happens After a Booking Is Confirmed?
The gap between a confirmed record and a car that is ready to drive.

Confirmation and payment are different. An instant listing can show a confirmed booking before the guest has paid. Pickup opens once payment has been received. Do not hand over the car on an unpaid booking.
- Check the booking shows that payment has been received. The host view of a paid booking says payment was received.
- Read the dates, times, and operating area on that booking. Standard trips stay in the listing city. Interstate travel applies only when the listing allows road trips.
- Message through the booking if you need to agree the meeting point. Keep that conversation on Nova Rides.
- Prepare the car. Do not start handover photos until you are with the vehicle and ready to record its condition.
