Preparing for Vehicle Pickup
The host checklist that has to be finished before the guest can start.

Pickup is an in-app checklist. Email or a chat message does not replace it. You cannot mark the vehicle ready until the required items are done.
Confirm each readiness item
- The vehicle is clean.
- The vehicle is roadworthy.
- There are no warning lights.
- Tyres are properly inflated.
- Fuel or battery is recorded.
- Required documents are available.
Photograph the required angles
Front, rear, both sides, all four corners, the dashboard, the odometer, the fuel or battery gauge, the wheels, and the keys. Photos must be a normal image file, large enough to read, and no larger than 8MB.
Enter the odometer and the fuel or battery level. Without both, the app will not let you mark the car ready. Accessories you are handing over, such as a spare tyre, jack, or extinguisher, should be noted if they are part of the car.
