Guest Verification and Documentation
Who may take the car, and which checks happen before the trip starts.

Guests verify a government ID and driver's licence on their profile before they travel. At pickup they still complete identity in the trip flow: a selfie and the licence. An expired licence has to be renewed before they can book again.
- Hand the vehicle only to the approved guest, or to an additional driver Nova Rides has approved.
- Do not release the car to a friend, relative, or driver who says they were sent.
- Additional drivers complete their own approval. They are not added by a headcount at booking.
- If the person in front of you does not match the booking, stop and contact Nova Rides. Do not improvise.
