Host Responsibilities During a Booking
The duties that stay with you from confirmation through return.

The Host Rules are the obligation list you accept before listing. This is the operational summary for a live booking. If they ever differ, the accepted rules and the Terms control.
- Provide the car that was listed, for the dates that were confirmed.
- Keep it roadworthy and do not hide a fault.
- Complete check-in, and release the car only to an approved driver.
- Keep booking messages professional and on Nova Rides.
- Take no off-platform money, and give no off-platform refund, unless Nova Rides has authorised and recorded an exception.
- Leave tracking and recovery to Nova Rides.
- Report damage, late return, an unauthorised driver, missing keys, or suspected theft promptly.
- Let the guest finish return before you close the trip.
A rental is temporary use. It does not let the guest sell, pledge, or keep the car. If anyone suggests that, report it.
