Understanding Vehicle Handover
The moment the car changes hands, and the records that belong to that moment.

Handover is not a courtesy. It is the record of condition, fuel or battery, odometer, keys, and identity. Later charges for fuel, mileage, or damage are compared with that record.
- Confirm payment is received.
- Complete your readiness checks and photos, then mark the vehicle ready.
- Walk the guest around the car. They must accept the walkthrough in the app.
- They take their own required photos and finish identity.
- Hand over the keys only when those steps are done and the person is the approved driver.
Agree the fuel or battery level out loud and in the app. The return expectation is that same condition. If you skip the reading, a later shortfall is harder to support.
