Nova Rides uses documents to check that you can list the car and that a later trip can be handed over to the right driver. Keep originals secure. Do not leave original ownership papers with a guest unless the law requires it and Nova Rides has expressly approved that step.
On your account
- Verified email.
- Government ID.
- Driver's licence.
- Passport photograph.
- Proof of address.
On the listing
- Proof of ownership.
- Your signature, where the insurance step asks for it.
- A recent utility bill.
- A profile with your name, email, and phone.
- Vehicle identity such as VIN, plus the roadworthiness document when the listing asks for it.
- Genuine photographs of that vehicle.
If you arrange motor cover on the listing, you either enter an existing Coronation policy (number, expiry, and certificate) or use the Motor Max option described on the Insurance page. The issued policy, not this guide, states what that cover responds to.
