- 1
Safety first
Stop somewhere safe. If anyone is injured or in danger, contact local emergency services before you write a report.
- 2
Tell Nova Rides
Use Get Help on the booking, or contact support from Help. Tell the other party on the booking as well. A host incident notice is also available on an active booking.
- 3
Keep evidence
Save photos, the booking, and names or contacts when that is safe and lawful. Do not invent a location trail by following the guest.
- 4
Stay inside the process
Do not confront someone, immobilise the car yourself, or agree a private settlement. Cooperate with what Nova Rides and Coronation ask for.
You can also email support@novarides.ng. For a booking you are signed in to, Inbox is where action items appear. There is no separate host hotline published on Nova Rides beyond these channels.
