Writing an Effective Vehicle Description
The facts a guest needs in order to tell what they are booking.

Write for someone who has never seen the car. State the make, model, year, and the kind of trip it suits. Mention seats, boot space, transmission, and fuel or battery type if a guest would plan around them.
Include the limits
- Known damage, warning lights, or mechanical issues.
- The pickup city, and whether interstate road trips are allowed.
- The mileage rule. The platform default is 322 km a day unless the listing sets another allowance. If you allow interstate road trips, that booking is unlimited mileage.
- The shortest rental you accept. Nova Rides does not offer monthly rentals.
- Anything the guest must return with the car, such as a charging cable.
Do not describe a feature the car does not have. Do not imply that a booking includes a driver, a guarantee of a particular route, or cover beyond the policy that is issued.
