Keeping Your Vehicle Listing Updated
What to change when the car, the documents, or your calendar changes.

A listing is a current description, not a poster you publish once. Guests and Nova Rides rely on it at booking and again at handover.
- Replace photos after bodywork, a new scratch you will not repair, or any change a guest would notice.
- Update the odometer figure shown on the listing when it has moved on.
- Edit availability before you promise the car to someone outside the booked dates.
- Tell Nova Rides if ownership, registration, or your authority to list changes.
- Renew documents that expire, including insurance details kept on the listing.
- Disclose a new warning light or a fault before the next pickup. Do not hope it goes unnoticed.
If the car is no longer roadworthy, pause the listing. Do not proceed with a booking that would put the guest in an unsafe vehicle.
